Fine integrated molding process for export of small-capacity glassware

The export-specific small-capacity glass cups, glass storage tanks, and makeup and packaging containers all adopt international standardized fully automatic production processes, with strict quality control throughout the process. The raw material stage strictly selects high-purity borosilicate glass raw materials, which are melted and purified at a thousand degrees Celsius, thoroughly filtering out impurities, sand holes, and bubbles, ensuring the transparency and uniformity of the small-volume glass products from the source. Considering the thin walls and precise dimensions of small-capacity containers, the factory optimizes the exclusive melting ratio, effectively enhancing the toughness and flatness of the finished products.

All products are made using integrated blow molding and seamless forming technology, without splicing, bonding, or seams, completely solving the industry pain points of small-capacity glass containers being prone to leakage, dirt accumulation, and cracking. After forming, they undergo multiple precise annealing treatments, gradually releasing the internal stress of the glass, significantly improving the products’ resistance to drops, pressure, and temperature differences, and suitable for long-distance cross-border transportation and long-term high-frequency use. The bottle mouths, cup mouths, and tank mouths all adopt fully automatic precision grinding and polishing technology, with smooth and round edges, and combined with sealing accessories, achieving high sealing effect, while maintaining both aesthetics and practicality.

Each batch of exported small-capacity glassware follows the multi-level quality inspection standards for exports, conducting individual inspections on appearance transparency, sealing performance, temperature resistance, and pressure resistance, eliminating minor flaws and defective products. The finished products undergo sterile cleaning, high-temperature drying, and dust-free packaging, eliminating dust pollution. The mature large-scale process can support OEM and ODM customization, allowing for customization of logos, sandblasting, painting, marking, color processing, etc., and can handle global small-batch samples, large-batch full-case orders, meeting the customization needs of different overseas buyers.
