Export-grade production process flow for single-layer borosilicate glass cups

The single-layer high-boron silica glass cups for export are produced using an international standardized production line, strictly following the foreign trade quality control system throughout the process. At the initial stage of production, the factory selects high-purity borosilicate glass raw materials and precisely mixes silica dioxide, boron oxide, etc., eliminating impurity particles, to control the transparency and purity of the glass from the source. The raw materials are sent to a high-temperature furnace for melting treatment, and at a temperature of over 1000 degrees Celsius, a uniform glass solution is formed, avoiding flaws such as sand holes and bubbles in the finished products, and ensuring the uniform quality of each batch of export goods.

The forming process adopts a fully automatic integrated blow molding technology, without splicing or bonding, creating a seamless one-piece single-layer cup body, effectively avoiding the defects of spliced cup bodies being prone to cracking and leaking. The glass cups after forming must undergo professional annealing treatment, slowly releasing the internal stress of the glass to enhance the structural toughness of the cup body, significantly reducing the probability of damage during transportation and daily use. Subsequently, through automated fine grinding equipment, the cup mouth and cup bottom are processed to create a smooth and round cup mouth, preventing lip scratches, and a flat and anti-slip cup bottom suitable for various tabletop placements.

All export batches of products undergo multiple quality inspection processes, including appearance defect detection, high-temperature resistance testing, pressure resistance testing, and sealingity testing, and any不合格 products are directly eliminated and destroyed. Qualified products are washed with high-pressure clean water， dried at high temperature， and dusted off， completing sterile packaging. The entire production process supports OEM and ODM foreign trade customization services， allowing for customization of logos， scales， and prints.
